I was at that Sam Boyd show- never felt heat like that! First was 5/7/77 Boston, last 7/27/95 St. Louis

JC...
Boston Garden '77 first show? What a fantastic debut!!!!

(speaking of the old Gah-den, give it up for the greatest hoops coach of all time passing the other day--Here's to you, Red!)

My first show: 1-11-79, Nassau Coliseum. First song: Sugaree

Last show: 7-13-94, Highgate, VT. Last song: US Blues

Probably about 75 in all. Had a great time at every one, even the clunkers (of which there were not many ;-)

Both at the Nassau Coliseum, 5/6/81 being a Dick's Picks.

I wish I knew then what I know now about the Dead- would have appreciated the show that much more! Sorry to Red pass- he was a fixture in that town. Hell, he was a fixture in all New England.
